Facebook, and twitter are a good place if you are lonely and just want to chat.
my sincere apologies patch, i did indeed misread that post of
yours to gilo as an answer to my own post (but not deliberately).
but rest of my comments stand, including third para of 21:06.
time for tea. see you on tuesday, no doubt.
You deliberately misread the post to gilogilo as an answer to your post.
there is nothing in the link that you posted
that says anything at all about the grenada
money, let alone how they could repay it.
so when you claim, "they have done", are
you claiming to have insider information
that has not been published to the market
that the company has already paid it off?
bit naughty! honest folks need to beware
here, plenty of placees who coughed up
half a million quid at 16p, let alone others
who bought higher than here, who are very
keen to talk b******* to help them get out.
They have done.

Do Your Own Research.
gilo, earlier this afternoon you used the lse adme board to allege:
"There is not business. It is simply a fraud."
... if that is genuinely your view, why on earth would you
not sell while the shares in this company can still be traded?
Good old sheik Mohamed Bin Ali Bin Flip Flop played us and ADM all the way .... made his money and now departed leaving the carcasses behind
still time, gilo.
mcadder, adme's BoD told their auditors that
they planned to repay the two-thirds of a million
pounds that they owed for the aborted grenada
work by "raising additional equity finance." ... not
me making that up, in black & white in their results.
so what kind of massively discounted share price would
they have to offer on primary bid in order to persuade new
placees to cough up the £750,000 that they would need to
raise (gross) just in order to pay back that grenada money?
it would take, for example 25 million new shares at 3p.
i really don't think that the market could swallow that.
A lot of people here in at a much higher price. No hope of a recovery unless they strike gold. Shake is a skint **** and had to pull his cash to fund his lifestyle I reckon.
Say no more. Back to 10-12p region next week. All good. Fantastic buying opportunity....
"His Highness' departure has no material impact to the implementation of our business plan. We are grateful for his financial support which has helped the Company get to this exciting juncture. We have recently raised further investment funds which will assist us in exploring a number of opportunities. Production at our Aje investment remains stable such that we expect to be advised of a further lifting of oil shortly and performance remains in-line with our expectations. I look forward to updating the market in due course."
@ gilogilo,
How can you possibly be invested here if you don't know how the company earns money?
Go to ADM Energy's web site and read the Announcements for 2019.
Skip the 'Price Monitoring Extension ones'.

Good post Patch - I'm in here today for about 200k shares at 6.7p. The drop has been well overdone and I echo your points. This has been an absolute dog of a share when this was mxo. Like it or lump it the Sheik has allowed the company to progress to the next level in a way that wouldn't have been possible without his initial investment. It would never be seen to be great timing for him to sell out at any time however now he has I see a recovery here back to the 10-12p region next week. Storm in a teacup here...
Ferrari. I don't agree. The Ftse 350 has presented some nasty surprises recently. Indv straight off the bat comes to mind. Just Group haven't faired much better, Saga caught a few out, That's before we even go near the fiascos of Flybe, Debenhams and Thomas Cook.
I don't want to be done for liable but dodgy business activity appears to be going on here, there and everywhere.
Personally i believe the reaction today has been over done .

Jholder, your the voice of reason. I feel sorry for those who sold out in desperation, I hope you have learned a lesson. Number 1 rule of investing 'Never let emotions cloud your judgement. Research is the key. The future of the company has never looked better.
Wow Seac! Sorry to hear, surely you know the whole MXO/ADME saga, it’s been up and down like a yo-yo for years, I’ve been down to my last penny’s and up a fortune a number of times with this share, all I know now is we are nearer profit than we have ever been!
Gilo, AIM is a fraud, stick to the proper markets where companies actually have sales and cash flow. These AIM dogs have neither and the cash burn is frightening, don't mention the extortionate wages all paid for by the deluded mugs.
2019, Company renewal of the OML 113 licence for another 20 years approved by the Minister of Petroleum Resources. Looks like we we won't be running out of oil for a long time :)
Patches summarization is exactly the way to be thinking and looking at it.
And I don't even hold here never have it's one that got away.
Guys I understand many jumped ship today. I wish them all the best. Those of us who held are waiting for news. I can't just throw money away on a company which will be cash positive in 2020. I put my faith in the new CEO and his connections in the oil industry.
It is upsetting reading some of this seeing some of you throwing away money giving up accepting on one move that you've lost money then just giving it away to the them! Seriously take a step back think about what you are doing, no need its day f**king one of some dreadful news, a big change in the plot for you, but really other than on the face of it you don't know how to take it.
Wait this out for a bit now.
Takeover, you have got to be joking? The guy who had took us off over just jumped ship and left everybody out of pocket
The mxo/adme plan has backfired. Hate it but we have been kippered. We cannot survive now in this guise. I’m out with an 11k loss.
Gilo. I am sorry about your loss today. Just thinking outside the box, has the sp been manipulated for possible takeover ?.
Went, on the side lines, see how it plays. Mightve been silly, never know
