Piler lost his choppeths blue one, but he still be here and waiteth for the inevitableth bouncy - maybe an RNS be indeedeth on the way..
One day I hope to get to 3% on a stock just to say I did it :) I'm sure others have managed that I never have. I got comfortably above 1% in HZM and ACP. I have tended not to invest in nanocaps etc. GLA
Thanks; You learn something new every day
Institutional holders are obliged to notify when they cross below 5% (3% for individuals). Kabunga Holdings was already below this threshold at the last notification.
If Kambunga is selling;imho;he is selling the whole 4% otherwise we would have had a holdings rns(if he has stopped selling; Why no under 3% Holding Rns?
But money where my mouth is, I will take another 4m shares end oct if we are still at this price. Happy to help clear Kabunga and any pi's of a nervous disposition. It turns out you might get buyers as well as sellers in this stock - it is very good value presently with the permit a key de-risk.
Not producing profit is a bad reason not to buy a stock. Tesla are barely profitable and dont they have one of the highest mcap in the world? Its future profit you buy for, essentially in this case, can mb finance the mine this year and build it next to unlock $500m npv. I believe he can and better, I believe he can do it with minimal further equity dilution. Hence another 1m yesterday for me and up to nearly 8m shares - £30m mcap is too cheap.
Entry price is important but much less important if investing with multi year view, the only kind of investing I am any good at. Gla
It retraced with no ML big difference, if news dropped no doubt you would say you brought in and didn’t miss the boat :)
Blimey, well that’s an alternative view, I guess.
Trading range at 5 year high.
The company is not producing profit (quantifiable results year on year) and success hinges on a lot of variables with open-ended timelines.
Dummies guide to valuing stocks this is a gamble as could easily drop, no forward momentum i.e. positive news. Past performance suggest retraces of up to 20-30%. You want to apply the low in value with high as possible exit value. I certainly see long term value in this stock. Entry timing is crucial for a number of reasons at these values this is over priced.
Same old 'Kabunga is selling' - what a load of nonsense. Pi's are also buy/sell.
Hence why I placed ‘now’ in the sentence. As for the price when he has finished selling, that will depend on the financing terms, off takes etc etc
I bought a bit under 1m today in 2 transactions. I can't remember his numbers precisely but I think it will get soaked up now it can't continue to be significant forever especially if we get the kind of progress we expect here in next few months. Kabunga should be less of a factor going forward.
@ Amtech.
Kabunga has been selling since October 2019. Average share price then for the month, about 2.75p. Now 5.5p.
If you think that a 100% increase in the share price "isn't going anywhere", i would like to know what your expected price is at this current time.
More interestingly, what price will this be when Kabunga has finished selling.
Can’t see this going anywhere now while Kabunga is still selling. So could Kabunga be keeping the price down with his constant selling to get his cash ready for the financing, no doubt with a big chunk of warrants to boot. Win win all round for him, makes money on the tenement in the first place, again throughput the proving up stage, then the financing. Just thinking out loud.
Slightest rise and off they go
Yes all this is very well but where is Piler?
Those biggish sells didnt think so:Why theyvdidnt sell @5.9?
Its Blue and Off take news is imminent... Opportunity to add
Fair enough.
jsd,
alot of presentations on black rock, i was going throught them all, so a little confusing, so may be wrong on timelines
2 binding offtakes were this year so not before mining license award.
Think that is inaccurate, Blackrock got their mining license feb 2019 they have partial finance from POSCO which was a recent development.
Blackrock negotiations occurred during EV doldrums and Covid.... Nothing moved fast then.
The space is in a different place now.
Sorry, hazbeen
Some f>ucking idiots on that telegram group devil isn’t there
