Rover - my understanding is it was planned to be after news (which suggests news was likely but hasn't landed yet). So hopefully next week? Hang in there folks! Good weekend all.
Agree wasa 56 days since mining licence and nothing, not even proactive or other outlets highlighting significance of opportunity now. Monday we find out warrants sold in October let's hope it's massive! Keeping myself amused following black rock and news in graphite space.
When is this podcast?
Tardis - I do agree. It's one thing people with connections to MB knowing the lie of the land but it doesn't attract new investors or keep the existing shareholders abreast of developments. Hopefully this all changes (soon)! I do hope when material news regarding things like Feed, offtakes etc. lands we can have the supporting PR to go with it. We need all those things - interviews, publicity etc. to get the word out there. Only positive so far is cheap buying opportunity but even the most patient get exhausted at some point...
MB really needs to start declaring his strategy, if he has one. Comms need significant improvement, starting tomorrow.
I also wish some of these smaller companies would pony up and do interviews on Proactive Investors. These small bloggers don’t have a big enough audience to bring new money. False economy.
I go for B, C and D.....A can be mitigated by EV market as all markets were in doldrums....due to covid, plus just being covid no one is signing deals, you have a MOU yu can't go further without ML and further testing etc. I don't think further testing was progressed until ML was secure because MB perhaps wanted confirmation of ML before commiting to additonal spend. It also required the HNWIs fund raise to pay for the next progressive steps.
Im sure its all progressing behind the scenes but the lack of comms is poor.
Im sure i heard the phrase fast track somewhere
Pick your Potato....Potato A: rather than cultivating relationships during the prolonged ML award, so that everything lands quickly thereafter, the BOD were effectively asleep at the wheel &/or doing other things. Potato B: this was actually a pre-determined strategy to flush out the seller and allow time for warrant exercising. Potato C: the FEED Pt2 and CSIRO follow-ups are taking longer than expected, or started later than expected, and these are a dependency on deals to land. Potato D: MB is bargaining hard amongst prospective buyers. Or a mixture of all these potatoes! I don't expect the situation to become clearer after the podcast if a RNS doesn't land. MB is a bit of a car crash when it comes to interviews, as tight-lipped as they come.
Further the results would justify proceeding to the next level of test work including
* Micronising and classification
* Spheronising
* Purification
* Coating
* Electrode fabrication and testing
Blueray doing what Blueray does - deramp - deramp - dreamp - boring zzzzzzzzzzz
So then maybe another twenty years of .issing about with share price back to nought probably all should have sold this turkey befor xmas
If Feed Pt2 result slow coming from Xinhai offtakes will not be signed. Then negotiations on build and possibly offtake with them first before offering to the others as better deal to be struck with Xinhai so first dibs.
maybe he has agreement but not put pen to paper to make seller work for their money.
Not sure but might have been a second CIRSO test needed that would be needed finished for any battery suitable offtake.
Wild speculation, but could the podcast this week be booked with a preceding announcement in mind?
MB certainly dragging his heels now with this offtake deal - he’s supposed to have been working on it for the last twelve months. Get it done FFS...
