RE: Arthur

The maintenance of a full team can be argued either way as can just about anything as far as the running of this company is concerned.

Some (including me) argue against securing another 'production opportunity' or Mozambique being furthered at this time. However the other way to look at it is that had Arthur had another well developed opportunity on the go at the time of the Liberia drill then he could have rocked straight onto it and we would have been unlikely to have seen the level of dilution we have now. Perhaps he doesn't want to be in the same position again if OPL doesn't offer up what is expected

Similarly some (not me) would argue that he should not have kept his full team on while we waited for OPL 226 to get approved and drilling. Firstly his team is COPL. Absolutely. Without them he has zero leverage to get involved in projects with the likes of Exxonmobil and Shorleine. These players want commitment. They don't give a fig about a joint venture companies investors (us) but they do want to see a committed team working with them not a half arsed company who have no continuity in technical staff because they keep getting laid off.

I have looked at other companies working to drill in Nigeria and the reality is no one could predict, including Arthur, when the government was/is going to authorise drilling. So at what point do you make a decision to lay off staff. This has taken far longer than expected but there really is a plus side in the longer run and that we have now got a vastly accelerated initial development lined up with NNPC encouragement. That has had to be worked through and a field development plan submitted by those same technicians people would have had laid off.

We have been well diluted, more is coming that's for sure. But no explorer survives without that cash revenue and here we are all paying the penalty of time taken to secure the right to hold the EEPL shares and the right to drill. You can see why Nigeria's economy, one that relies upon oil revenue, is dropping with the bureaucracy it has. The key is being able to work through that bureaucracy, many have failed. We though may well have just broken its back.

I am highly confident we have approval for the field development now let us get a service provider agreement in place and get that pipe down.

Let's hope and pray that Arthur pulls something out of the bag soon, maybe all approvals done and finance near Complete before he fund raises and only half a billion shares

haha. Fair enough Bell. We each have our own ways but hopefully targeting the same result in the end.

I would be interested to see the traffic of unique visitors to this page. Not sure if there is an easy way to do that? It doesn't take too much to shift the stock one way or the other - a couple thousand quid probably. My point is that get 1 or 2 traders miffed or doubting their investment, then it can cause panic and the domino effect ensues. Alternatively, get one or two investors excited and hopeful and then domino effect can happen in the other direction. If these boards and social media had very little effect, there would be no such thing as ramping, de-ramping, pump & dumps etc.
