Thank you Harry for corroborating my earlier post, and enlightening everyone to the fact only 112 of the 281 Indian plants are at full capacity. Thanks again Old Bean glad you're seeing the truth at last.
Hi Bigeye! AML doing well again..
India currently has 281 operational coal power plants, more that the USA. China has 1082
Mainland China has the greatest number of coal-fired power stations of any nation in the world. As of 2021, there were 1,082 operational coal power plants in the country. This was nearly four times the number of such power stations in India, which ranked second. China accounts for over 50 percent of the total global coal electricity generation.

Hi nobi, hope you are well !
But, you are still a plonker.
COAL IS DEAD IN INDIA
According Mr Dahiya, the virus has revealed the fact that much of the Indian coal industry is already effectively bankrupt.
"Our coal-based power plants are operating at less than 60% of capacity", he told me. "They can't pay back the money they have been lent."
No surprise then that international investors are fleeing the sector.
Good to hear they are both still alive

Good to hear it !!
… make that AM - and JM!
Good weekends all.
…but a reply from JM, so confidence restored.
Happy to hold and wait a little longer.

Sausage back on the tablets pmsl
Supply and demand, the numbers don’t lie !!
After stating this "What’s happening in the world will have little affect on Edenville and likewise not a word said on this board. The only thing that matter is the SP/Bid !!"
It does beg the question why you keep harping on about the price of coal if you believe what's happening in the world has little impact on Edenville?
Sorry aerial, if you are going to snip out text, we're going to take our big ball tablets.
Keep it civilised and we don't have to go back through the other 9 years of your posts to find inconsistent posts.

Aerial you stated “My argument as always it that it is Edenville’s plan to build a power plant”
"One day you might look back and appreciate how much RS actually achieve. Without his achievements we wouldn’t be sitting in a position to allow the company, and with the help of the new larger investors to do whatever it is they intend to do. Without RS there might not be 173mt of coal, and consequently no coal mine, and they’d probably have gone under years ago imo"
but then says......
"What went before is not in the slightest bit relevant to what we are led to believe is the current status quo."

I’m am nothing other than 100% positive as always,

I’ve said this many times recently that I’m currently no longer interested per se in the company and until such times as they rekindle my interest I am only interested in the SP.

If no Friday RNS they will have failed

I totally agree, and have posted the much the same many times recently. My only criticism is that nobody appears to be in any hurry considering that there is no benefit to most of them unless the SP

No Edenville CEO has ever promoted the company with any visible enthusiasm. Even after the promises when pressed by me about their abysmal communications it’s still as if they RNS because they have to and not because they want to.
From a personal perspective, on this occasion I really can’t see any point. If they ever rekindle my interest in the company I would go again

Personally I think they are a pair of deceitful slippery con men with no intention (unless it happen by accident) to progress the company for any other reason than their own ends. It’s been used as a vehicle for them to take the **** out of the invested and fill their pockets !!
...............your arguement, could I remind you of some of your best contradictions

Edenville will be running their Company and at the same time overseeing everything aspect of the Mine and Mining Operation, and will have paid trusted personal onsite. I think it would be foolhardy to think they are going to allow the Contractor to Mine without total control/accounting of the coal mined.

I agree they got it very badly wrong. Clearly not coal miners, but I don’t think that was their intention at the outset. Things changed, and personally I think they have done extremely well to be here, at this juncture at all !!
dawto thinks Coal seems to be dying - slowly saying:
“The price of coal going up may not be a good sign; could it be because
of dwindling supply due to lack of exploration/extraction investment?”
Clearly an expert lol
Because I can ! ;))
Lol pmsl, he's been doing for years dawto, even on bank holidays! Lol
Sad......
You said yesterday, in relation to your own post regarding price of coal, that: "What’s happening in the world will have little affect on Edenville and likewise not a word said on this board. The only thing that matter is the SP/Bid !!"
Why , then, do you continue to clutter up this board with meaningless chatter that doesn't matter?
Supply and demand, the numbers don’t lie ! :)
to the interims and still.no sign of any updates.
One of my long termers doing well from its low point, with more to come, SEE.
…and no RNS. Bodes well, at least!
There's our three trades for today, let's see if anyone elses loses faith and sell up this afternoon
