Agree aerial, we are now seeing some facts published in yesterday's RNS, although the middle bullet points were each caveated with a negative. Edenville is moving forward and if they can fully achieve what they have started to achieve anyone getting in at these prices should do well.
"He has worked across both the hydrocarbon and renewable sectors in geothermal and solar energy and is the director of geothermal exploration with new high temperature for Geolog Green Energy. He previously worked for Enel Green Power in deep high enthalpy projects in Italy and Latin Americ..."
Great addition!
This shows the true direction of the company.
A Green Man.
Lol
I'm not sure that the addition of Franco will quell the markets concerns over Edenville's ability to get coal out the ground, which they have historically been next to useless at doing #theyhavetriedsince2017. Unless of course he is bring his own shovel to help dig it up.
Moving forward !!
A substantial addition to the company which should quell any doubts that the market has about the company.

Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company operating the Rukwa Coal Project in southwest Tanzania, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Franco Caselli as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Franco Caselli has a degree in Geology from Florence University, and he is also a geoscientist professionally chartered by the Swiss Association of Energy Geoscientists and a member of the International Geothermal Association.

the fat lady has stopped singing------------Aye still singing away!!
Judging by the RNS (read what you will) it would seem that the target in Q4 will be in excess of 3ktpm.
It remains to be seen if/when ILTL will take over the running of the mine.
... tomorrow maintains the rise or if people take their profit?
Edenville has been making 'a very big point' about a lot of little/non-existent things for years!
Don’t somebody say of the Power Station: “it's still just talk, noise, potential etc. We've been talking about the power plant since 2013”
Just another negative post for the sake of negativity?. …
Edenville's RNSs are always carefully worded to suggest a positive. Such as "2,000 tonnes of washed coal, with sales increasing towards 3,000 tonnes a month" Sales increasing towards 3,000, not at 3,000 or over 3,000 but simply towards so greater than 2,000 and moving towards 3,000.
It's good news today but handover feels a long way off!!!
+16.9492% on the bid today !
Seems Edenville just made a very big point about the increased price !!
Still what would you expect from a coal miner!
....movement on news.
September sounds intriguing.
Earl,
have you read any other RNS other than today's?
African nations needs power, if EDL gets this project in full swing then £7M mcap would be tiny.

what is expected on the handover
one order to sell upto 3500 tonnes per month, which means few orders on the way.
market missing morning RNS
Positive RNS which the market likes, which is great to see and benefits us all with a higher Bid price. My concerns are that each of the central bullet points has a negative at the end with words like, however, although & but.
Also
"For the next month the Company expects to sell a total of approximately 2,000 tonnes of washed coal, with sales increasing towards 3,000 tonnes a month over the next few months, without including any additional orders."
So the handover which will be discussed again once Edenville reaches 3,000 tonnes a month, won't happen just yet, not at least for the next month and potentially not until the next few months. This means that Edenville remain in charge and historically they just haven't been able to fulfil orders.
Things are looking more positive I just hope this isn't another false dawn.
September will be a big month for Edenville, and I expect Edenville to push to to the 30th September for an RNS. If they say a month they mean the end of month usually.
GLA, let's see if there are any profit takers at the end of the day.
The Tanzania-focused firm said it now expects to sell around 2,000 tonnes of washed coal in the coming month, with guidance rising to 3,000 tonnes per month through the remainder of the year.
Chief Executive Alistair Muir said: "It's pleasing to see this turn around in business activity and we look forward to seeing further growth in sales over the next few months. The recent increase in coal prices out of South Africa would suggest there will be significant opportunities to sell our washed coal into the East African states."
With prices and confidence rising, Edenville said it has received an order of up to 3,500 tonnes per month of washed coal for its Rukwa project.
non-sequitur, as the saying goes, stay silent and only appear the fool, etc.
