Understand assay labs have slowed due to volume and Covid.
The RNS on the 11th October stated....'the majority of assay results received, but those from later holes including 'some with significant visible mineralisation' still awaited....we look forward to giving a full report within weeks'
Now 8 weeks later hence I guess the market pullback. Let's hope Mr Bell can push the labs and report the final results. Market is seriously missing the potential of results from the DRC and who will read the results once made public.
The last DRC RNS stated 'Red Rock Galaxy Project'....I cannot locate Galaxy project on the RRR website.
I can see the VUP project and 3 licences but shouldn't the company explain better the 80% owned Galaxy project on the website?
The samples have gone to South Africa. I understand everything has slowed down in South Africa resulting in a back log. I hope we will get them before Xmas but when the lab results come back they have to input into the model and interpreted.
If you were putting money on it, first week January would be a good bet but it could be earlier. I was expecting them weeks ago.

Helpful, any idea when we will start seeing assay results from the DRC?
Cobalt has been flying and the more I research the more I see Chinese interest in the DRC...but cannot do anything without assay results and they seem to be taking a very long time
That's the way to look at it.With these types of shares it's a good idea mentally to write off your money the moment you press the buy button
I wouldn't want Caracal paper.
Well if you are management and you know that your shares are massively over-valued then you want to issue as many as possible in exchange for real assets. If you are paying 20% over the odds for the assets but the shares are being issued at 100% over the odds, it is a good deal for the company.
If you know that you are under-valued then you want to issue as few as possible.
Maybe AB won't need to complain about them encroaching other people's assets so much.

The wheels seem to be coming off over at Caracal Gold, they had a £25m m/cap recently but it could be argued they are trying to run before they can walk with new acquisitions, their proposed £5m CLN seems to have gone down like a lead balloon, they are also issuing shares like confetti to vendors. Their shares have dropped from recent high of 1.90p to the current 1.15p - not good.
Bell said he would not do a deal with them in Kenya because they do not have the cash and suggested their paper was overvalued, their paper is now losing value, Bell thinks Red Rock has higher corporate standards as a AIM company (Nomad etc) verses their Standard Listing.
IF Red Rock can appoint a high profile CEO or COO the current £7m m/cap would offer newbies a great entry point, the discount is simply down to management credibility currently, not the projects/assets.
How is the situation concerning hiring a high profile executive going Helpful - Bell mentioned a individual was being interviewed a few weeks ago. Will he take the job etc?
This in itself could be a game changer for the company if the fellow is allowed to lead from the front and promote.
Selling Migori is not the only option.
The only thing you can take from these interviews is that NBGC is progressing and should start drilling this week.Kenya drilling for at least another year by the sounds of it. Considering the past history of this asset increasing the JORC reserve and disposing of it ASAP would be sensible. I wonder what they could get for it?
Ah you are such a pleasant chap. What happened to the claims of filtering me?
Anyway, I will pop over when there is news. Which may be sooner than you think.

Much, much better and to the point.
Note the comments about the copper at the Macalder Tailings. A big upside. This is all about preparations to monetise what is there at Migori.
Rumble Resources: he has confirmed that we have won the ballot on leases between two leases that Rumble have. https://rumbleresources.com.au/projects/warroo-project/
There is a trend from one license to the other that is prospective for copper and zinc. Looks interesting but not sure if fits with a gold company IPO.

Wondered where the pumping k.unt unhelpful is these days
He’s obviously got bored on the NTOG BOARD
The applications he is referring to are:
1. Mining license for the Macalder Tailings: 68k oz of gold and 1.28mil oz of silver plus 0.3% copper
2. Mining license for the hard rock Mikei Project
3. Dealing license so RRR can sell the material extracted.
NB there are other tailings on the license area other than Macalder but no work has been done on them.

Worth a read and notice the arsenic anomalism as a pathfinder......

Compare it to the RRAL/NBGC update.

Tray556 - who knows! We won't have a clue until the prospectus. Just don't buy into the BS that this will be £15m on RRR's balance sheet post IPO.
It's possible that the IPO is a success and they raise significant funds which means RRR's holding will be materially smaller than 51%. Or you get a flop case like Juno where they only raised about 20% of the amount in the prospectus and the shares tank because - less cash -> underfunded -> next fund raise pulled forward.
Do you think having RRR and AB involved in the NBGC IPO will be a help or hinderance? AB has no credibility. If the market was so enthusiastic about these assets then why is RRR at such lowly valuations - it isn't due to relentless selling...

They already have a JORC 2012 resource. Even you should know that that the current drilling is infill drilling and step out drilling.
Maybe if you read an RNS or two or did some research you might understand what is going on. I am sure you can Google infill drilling and step out drilling.

He had great confidence in Greenland........add the rest of the places yourself.
Interesting comment
"We have great confidence in the potential and prospects of the Mikei Gold Project, and will look for ways to accelerate its progress in 2022."
Is that a hint?

50.1% ..... 49.9% pow...
How much % will be retained following IPO... Market Cap £6m looks cheap.
He said previously that he thinks there is up to 10mil Oz there. Looks like he could be wrong, looks like it will be more.

Finally a concise and well written RNS concerning Kenya, I like the references concerning higher grade with the potential of a very a decent resource upgrade.
