Hi ODR, I'm in that majority and it's not the honesty of Looed or FSHG I'm concerned about. Their good intentions are not in question for me. And their efforts to track and report on court cases and snippets from Georgian news are superb - I will happily buy them all a pint when we have our beers to celebrate the rebirth of FRR. But there are powerful forces working against FRR. It's not the people here I'm worried about.
Looed, what FSHG emailed to us doesn't appear to be verification. Hopefully they've held these messages up to the most severe scrutiny - but I have no idea how. There must be light to be shed on that? Surely the good people here must be wondering how FSHG can be so sure? Knowing this could be immensely confidence boosting.
I'm not saying these messages are fraudulent at all, in fact, I have a theory that they are part of SN's legal strategy and therefore real. But I can't prove that they are real. Everything I've been provided is unverifiable from people I don't know who tell me about things only they have seen. That's not a good position to be. But then, neither is owning shares (if that's even the case now) in a delisted company so perhaps these messages are neither here nor there in the story of FRR.
Please don't think that the efforts of yourself and FSHG aren't appreciated. They very much are. But even you must think this situation where a chosen random shareholder receives company messages to distribute like a PR firm would to be totally nuts. You must surely do, because it is!
Don’t let ‘em get you down Looed.
You help keep the hopes alive for many here…
If you are a member of FSHG then you would have received the following email, sent 8th May, 2021,
"Dear Fellow FRR Shareholders
….However, we know that the company continues to communicate with one of our members who also shares these messages with FSHG and the LSE BB (under the pseudonym of Looed).
You will recall we have previously circulated some of this messaging with our members by email or by validating the messages on the LSE BB.
The “comms chain” has sent another message which we would like to share with you. We agree with the shareholder that the source of the comms should not be revealed, though we are able to confirm with absolute confidence that the source is a key figure at the heart of the FRC organization.”
Since Day 1 of comms FSHG have been involved and receive full, unedited and unredacted copies of the in / out comms. That was the situation then, that is the situation now.
Good enough? Or did I fake the FSHG message as well.
All the information re verification etc. was right there in front of you had you bothered to take a second to look for it.
Soss613 , to end up light at 81 or 87 makes us smile
when we fly in peace to heaven. Up there life is fair.
Take care.
Well said ODR!
49 posts already today on a delisted share - that's got to be close to a record! Anyone would think we're alive again.....
Bezzy
Ricardo you are correct, no-one has blamed Looed.
But I see that some have again raised questions about him/her. We have been here before and for me matters were put to rest and the vast majority concluded that Looed is trustworthy and most of us are immensely grateful, not only for him obtaining and sharing the communications, but also for his tireless sharing of his in-depth knowledge of the court cases (which just shows how hard he works on all our behalf). Yet again I say "thank you".
Looks like its all kicking off on here I am sure it will all end one day one way or the other just be thankful we are still here to moan about the situation I am 81 and still hoping for a good return on my stupid investment.

There has been an awful lot of time to have actioned in so many ways. My personal attitude, rightly or wrongly, was to put this down as a big mistake. If you do not have the same attitude as myself, which is understandable and is obviously your right to even have a large or small variation of this thought process, then the obvious thing to do would be to action advice, pursue direct communication from the company (albeit in perhaps a futile sense), research the situation yourself or seek communication from others. No part of me resents Looed's efforts, comments or the process that prompts his contributions - I'm simply very grateful. There sure is good reason to be unhappy here but if you are not reconciled to losing all your money then I encourage you to do what you think you can do about it. I'll be perhaps uncomfortably blunt: - we have have been bent over with our pants around our ankles for 5 years and it looks like some have only just seen that we are vulnerable. I've been expecting an un-lubed black mamba to be inserted at any moment. If it transpires that I receive a tickle then I will never stop laughing.
I think I've read all the posts and I don't think I read a single one blaming Looed for anything? If I missed it then call it out so we can all jump on that person and mock them for being an idiot.
..and instead of bickering, look forward to the 25p party.
Just in from work and looked in here as i done for more than 12 years or so and what a load of rubbish has been said today especially those that seem to want to put blame on looed ashamed they should be looed has only ever tried to help us all with all the sleuthing he does for those that dont believe in looed no explanation is suffice ,just ignore the scaremongers looed most here believe in you i do anyway.
...Looed has a sense of humour...
...must be close to wearing through now though...
To be honest, there were loads of posts about the whole carry on - spread over many months. But I think if you search Looed's post history I'm fairly sure that they've posted a potted summary in recent times. You may well have to search back quite a way.
While I don't believe anyone is attacking Looed, because we know he/she is a messenger and not the author, it might be useful to share (or re-share) how FSHG was able to verify the message source as being FRR. I vaguely remember some messages about some sort of verification happening but don't recall ever seeing anything about what the proof was in the end. Just a suggestion and it may put some minds at ease perhaps.
Lets hope Looed is retired and doesn’t have a day job as most upset holders seem to bombard him with lets say upset posts wanting responses or requests to ask more info, the time spent by Looed must be eye watering, I care not one jot our company ( thats where I still see us being part of ) contacts a person here with a code name of Looed, who is doing sterling job, using vast amounts of his/her personal time spent to inform us real holders, that I personally have taken huge belief down the years , Looed has proven that the connection is of sound legitimate contact through our FSHG, other holders who have done and still do am sure in the back ground lots of personal time work for us.!
All at a very time we are finally seeing more light than I can remember with the years of nothing.
Sleuths who know how to dig up finds and use government sites far better than myself have all played a huge part in keeping myself believing.
A huge thank you to them all.
To the rest, as hard as it is, don’t stop believing

Please if anyone can share details of the whole Zaza carry on and the US court findings, it would be appreciated. Many thanks.
Looed, I've made it perfectly clear that I respect all your efforts and its NOT a criticism of you. Its about the company.
Please be assured I write my own emails to the company, but they DO NOT respond.
For me now, the company will either release something to reassure us , I personally will be sending letters to the Deloitte or whomever else is appointed and the courts.
I have nothing else to lose, and unfortunately I do not have your relationship with the company, and I don't personally know you.
Please therefore put yourself in my shoes.
Looed, I don’t think anyone is questioning you personally. It’s more the process and the lack of transparency.
Like you just stated, we don’t know the relationship you have with FRR. We don’t know if they have “officially” instructed you to be “shareholder liaison” and we never see the original comms.
Maybe you are privi to more information than we are, which might make you feel more comfortable with the situation, but from where everyone else is sitting - not officially knowing if our shares are valueless, makes us very nervous and therefore stressed! This comes out through the messages on this board.
No one is attacking you from behind a keyboard. The frustration is with the company!!
Ya?
Guy Adams is the name.
Investigator Daily Mail.
Saturday Mail . Value for money.
Thats pretty much my thoughts also Ricardo - although you have worded much more eloquently than I ever could.
This isn’t finger pointing contest- it’s a quest to find the truth and whether we still have shares in a company that, at present, shows very little respect for its shareholders.
Tenners – for someone who says they are not a keyboard warrior you are giving a very good impression of one. I have said if you want to do something then do it, you come back with “Surely, you are not advocating we do nothing?”, and now it seems, many posts later, you have still done nothing but flood the BB.
You ask why the company engages with me to which I say who cares? I doubt I will ever reveal the true nature of the relationship as its between me and them. I just share what I can and from the get-go had the source verified by FSHG. If that is an issue for you then so be it.
What I can say about messaging is that all in / out emails go via company email accounts which are laid out as any corporate email is – names, titles, addresses etc. There is always someone cc’d in, sometimes more than one person. There is no messaging via anonymous apps, WhatsApp, that sort of thing.
I find it farcical the number of times I go to the effort to get and share a message to be then met with numerous posts addressed to me that are full of all manner of “stuff” only for the poster to take offence when I have the audacity to reply. I am not your punching bag just because you feel aggrieved. I am the one doing the leg work you couldn’t be bothered to do.
MontiBurn – I understand your question now. The message was in reply to message from me with the timing of the reply as I explained earlier. It’s a good job they don’t monitor what they call the “public domain” on a regular basis and certainly not today as I think the only message I would get is “why do you bother?”.
Coggy – being in the Far East I rely on crystals, chanting and the local temple.
In my location we are governed by the principle of Strategic Ambiguity, and I think that is the same thing the company is doing. You play the long game, keep the parties guessing until you win or lose. Angry posts on a BB won’t change a thing, or else change would have happened years ago.
Life is tough for most getting caught on AIM.
FRR based in Georgia is close to Russia and charming Zaza
paid influencers who were misled . Many lost all they had.
Some are dead.
Royal Mail, Baroness Bras and Barrowman , FRR and many shares
on AIM? Turning sound investors insane.
Daily Mail should expose dodgy AIM before more investors are caught
going down the drain.
The state of what’s going on here is beyond comprehension. People being shouted down by a mob for questioning the veracity of covert messages being allegedly to conveyed to some guy (?) from the company that stole all our money and hasn’t communicated to shareholders for over five years.
