What a prat, I suddenly became a bad loser average just under 9.5 I have every reason to be a bad loser ha ha my sides are splitting, I would like to see them get ride of Romania that makes me a bad loser haha.
You only lose when you sell clown or have you not figured that out yet haha
Thanks Jwalks27.
I'm doing OK on other trades/investments.
Although I sold I hold no grudge to existing shareholders.
Hope it works out well for you.
vauch: you're an idiot!
broad: you've suddenly changed your tune! Have you metamorphosed into a "bad, bad loser"?
goldeninvestor; I'm sorry for your loss - has any other shareholder lost more?
I note the bottom-feeders have shown some interest in PXOG but the ones who didn't buy shares in the requisite numbers divisible in the forthcoming share consolidation have only thrown good money after bad and need to do more research.
I can't see a bounce on the horizon. Post-consolidation it will drift downwards unless there's news. Future income exceeding mkt. cap. is something worth aiming for. Will that require another placing? You couldn't make it up yet money is made in this very strange dimension. Occasionally by shareholders.
After a 4 year hold for progress, this has simply just gone downhill in spite of many promises by Ed and co. I have taken a 90% loss and sold my holding. Good luck to all LTH's, i lost quite a bit on this but lost patience at the end. Good luck to all. I will keep my eye on it and come back after consolidation or a worthwhile update from the board if i feel i can recover my losses.
Very bad, just a pity they won't sell of Romania and concentrate on Italy and Spain, Raffles seem to have fallen asleep on the job I say sell on and use what they get else where.
They will have an easy ride at the AGM not having to supply tea and biscuits big saving, no questions to answer cushy number,
At £57k lose so far and holding it. In case pig f....er come out with some decent news and recover my lose.
gold did you sell or are you hang on?
Then they will raise money again and again till they have another 2 billion shares. Your total investment will be a f..ing (0000). Best option is getting rid of that pig f...er Ed Dawson and replace with someone like UOG CEO. Somebody who know how to run a company not a pig
Fillangypan, see Valrix (ticker VAL) for how a consolidation (or 2) can pan out in a destructive way for existing share holders. It's pertinent as the Co Sec of PXOG is the CFO of Val. It might or might not point you in the direction of where this share perhaps could be heading after July 1st based on the small print. Check out the resolution section of the latest pxog prospectus and the reference to 90%. It makes for very interesting reading indeed. The pxog board have overseen a decline in the share price over the last 3 years from 0.80 to 0.080 (or lower than that even today). There is the potential for a rinse and repeat here. This is the other side of the story that for sure will get shouted down by some on this board but it is based on experience of learning the hard way. i.e. reinvesting in co's that do do share reorgs and for it to become an almost unlimited hole of averaging down in a death spiral which normally ends in tears (or another share reorg or a delisting or administration). Good luck with your investment as on paper I too bought in to the pxog and val stories but the share reorgs have wiped out large sums of my money. 30k in each.
At 00.7 p the dormant shares might bring a couple of grand but, yes they’ll be sold
Thanks jwalks27
I am a a total novice with consolidation n this makes it a little clearer any other snippets about consolidation from anyone would be greatly appreciated cheers
Ah so the dormant shares that would have not been trade end up on the market as a surplus then like a backdoor dilution
Some one put 10m in an isa
Gents ,
The 5000-1 is for small holders who have very few shares and these will be hoovered up .
It then leaves he 25-1 for the majority who have 250k upwards .
By having the 5000-1 it kills lots of worthless dormant shares .
Right or wrong obone, youve taken your position .
Good luck in the future
I'll look to continue to play the ranges here and taking my chances on consolidation and the general rest....and having sold a tranche at approx. .12 fairly recently I've bought them back now.. towards bringing my overall average down too...
Have been here for a few years and horrible journey that it has been there has been some spikes up along the way too and I believe there can be more in the future too, not least as I see this as very cheap, even by this companies awful lack of delivery standards, now.... obviously it can of course go lower if dumping continues but I'm open to buying more then.
You clever
I said that.
My 20m will be reduced to 800,000 25 to 1 not 5000 to 1
Whats funny ?
Have you read the resolutions ?
You are hilarious ha ha
Confusing AGM resolution 5000:1 consolidation is part of the reorganisation !
But actually 25:1 consolidation for existing shareholders.
Always a tendency for share to go down after that Corporate Action.
I just sold my remaining holding - got more than half my money back. Better than the future likelihood.
A 5000:1 consolidation and non-re-emptive dilution are not to my liking !
Thanks Brighty for encouraging me to read the AGM resolutions.
Brighty1,
wiped out gig, bad luck.
Hope your other investments have well.
I know its hard but drawing the line early days at some pre-decided -ve % is the lesson to take. Manual or stop loss set.
Dear Vauch, You don't have to be an LSE member to be a share holder. I signed up to post some FACTS so that other investors did not lose their hard earned cash as I have done with pxog: Here are the actual facts: I bought PXOG in January 2017 for 0.80 and it is now 0.080. I'm sure you can do the sums. A destructive wipeout. This share price has only gone 1 way and that is backwards. When co's do these share reorgs it has a huge negative impact on long term holders who have bought as I have at 0.80. I have averaged down over the past 3 years on the back of Bill Smith and Ed Dawson's comments about the mcap being undervalued but actually all along its been jam tomorrow with a share price now down from 0.80 to 0.080. That is a huge decrease and certainly does not represent ANOTHER year of MAJOR progress. It represents another year of disaster for shareholders. What is about to happen on June 30th / July 1st will be a disaster for existing share holders. You will only benefit if you are a new shareholder from July 1st and I doubt very much that the share price will do anything other than retrace from its new share price on July 1st. I will dip in to lse in a couple of years time to see how you view pxog then. Don't say you haven't been warned. That's what a board like lse is there to do. Give views and alert share holders to the experience of others, both positive and negative. My view is that it is a negatve share to hold as it has gone down from 0.80 to 0.080. That is a fact that you can't deny! Good luck, I hope you are luckier than me with pxog but my story is one of share price destruction. I have had nothing but a negative experience of pxog as 0.80 to 0.080 illustrates. Best wishes to you, Brighty.
