This is so boring now. End of the month's update will be interesting. Maybe Suzy coming off twitter is the start of her walking before being pushed? Who knows. What a sh't show this share has become. Well done Suzy.
😴🥱💩
Strong rise on Friday. More like buys than sells.
Big investor reducing its position in EUDA, not sure I like it:
————
Hudson Bay Capital Management LP Sells 760,500 Shares of EUDA Health Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:EUDA)
Very surprised that these two £60k buys haven't provoked any responses, either on this board or to the SP. Someone suggested they might just be rollovers, whatever that means.
Complaining about ads while advertising 🤔

Significant upsideToday 17:40
It shows the value on offer and potential upside from here when 201 completes. We were stable in 40s with a peak at 65p with LOI and no CLX, Imogen or lab so at 30p a steal and still very likely to complete shortly.
I have a low average anyway so it matters now. I was massively in profit now but it matters now.
Expecting merger to complete this month and a strong recovery.

RE: A bust approachToday 17:03
Again you fail to understand the absolute basics and if people were really honest they would know it
ERM. “30p+++toped up again cheap as chips with no down side”
Be honest with yourself PM you are totally clueless… but fair play you keep me amused with your ridiculous posts week in week out. If you had taken Pork’s advice on the placing instead of disgustingly verbally abusing him you would not be in the desperate state your in now….. up to you neck in and clutching at straws.
Again you fail to understand the absolute basics and if people were really honest they would know it.
So you talk about 9 evaluations. If these were outsourced to external labs that would be a very significant extra cost compared to bringing them into your own lab times that by 9. Also bringing them internally gives control of timings and allows further testing using some of the agreed collaborations they have therefore giving better chances of positive outcomes.
I don't know as much about Imogen and the biobank business but I doubt you do either but what they are saying is that it will help generate significant revenue soon. The lab alone is not likely to do that. If that is the case then all we can do is wait and see. Valirx is not a lab business just are looking for side revenue and mainly to help progress the evaluation projects.
The only part I would agree with is that they should not spend more on other assets for a long while. Keep spending down until a real deal so that actually means bringing in 3 quality projects a year until they strike a deal. What you don't want is to be funding numerous preclinical projects at the same time at a low share price or without a deal with revenue because then the costs will blow.
@PM2022
As I posted last week, I suspect you are either married to Suzy or a connected party in some way as nobody in their right mind would back keeping both Suzy CEO and Jerry FD on the BOD - No way.
As for your counter to my point about adding new additions, I don’t agree and further I think many many investors would share my view:-
They are currently wasting £600k adding to the biobank and a further chunk of change to promote the lab.
Meanwhile a new drug addition evolution was costing £75k to £100k per go. Hence I would rather 7-8 new drug additions to be developed rather than waste that cash on that biobank that Imogen had already spent millions on and still couldn’t make it viable.
I reckon if you asked anyone here where do you want your investment spent labs or evolutions, they would pick drug dev all day long as that is what many originally came here to invest in, to try and make a difference. All sense of perspective has been lost by the BOD if you ask me - that’s how I see it.
And finally, investors didn’t tip cash up for this to pay bonuses and perks either. It’s totally shameful the events here frankly
The resurrected post to which PM objects is only a couple of weeks older than the 2nd November 2021 RNS which said of the 'deal' with Theoremrx 'The first payments are expected by the end of 2021.'
So the LOI and TheoremRx dealings are by your definition irrelevant. I have to agree with you on that basis.
You cannot counter my point instead of turning to a post many years back. Weak..
Share price is dictated by market perception of which 0% on this board really understand the strategy fully therefore a false price at the current time.
The only way to fix the issue is to get 201 over the line soon or a deal for CLX or another deal in the next year with cash payments and higher share price plus some decent lab contracts.
No board changes can divert away from that fact and change the situation. It needs experience and knowledge of this industry.
Buying at 54p when the share price is now less than 4p would be considered by mny to be a 'bust approach'. A lesson to all might be to ignore what most post on these boards especially when they post with a "Strong Buy' opinion.

RE: 90 Mins to go...Tick..Tock..tick26 Oct 2021 16:12
This should a lesson for all. Do your homework and know what lies ahead. Don't listen to the children here who have not done the homework and don't be shaken by MM games. I was not nervous at all by the drop and added more.
Should you need a reminder listen to the recent interviews by Suzy where it is confirmed a deal is highly likely before year end but that was a few weeks ago and a deal should be arriving soon. Given our current market cap we are very cheap and a possibly multi-bagger here.
Bloody clueless as it gets.
9 evaluations will cost. So if they pass how will they fund pre clinical testing with zero cash and burning less than 1.5 million. If 3/9 pass you have to fund those. If all 9 fail that will drop the SP and confidence. Based on this they will likely need at least 5 million per year if you bring so many projects in maybe more.
You can only bring in quality products otherwise it is a waste of time and money. The project and terms have to be right some will want more payments to take it on. It takes time to go over the science and negotiate terms for the right projects.
It is all wishful thinking without actually understanding the costs involved. VAL needs 201 to complete for a higher share price and lower dilutions as well as extra money.
Your approach is a bust approach with no understanding of costs, strategy and value adding news.
The following events need to happen:
1. New CEO with Commercial acumen and new CFO with solid fiscal control need appointing to replace both Suzy and Gerry. Long overdue
2. I am 50/50 if Suzy remains in some science position or not but certainly NOT in a board position.
3. New BOD to bring cash burn under £1.5m a year. No more wasting cash, a strong focus on revenue generation. No revenue in 15 years is unacceptable.
4. A solid plan to break even with the labs. No more money wasted on biobank building, use the cash to have a sales and marketing team to get lab business in, Replace Mark with a BDM capable of winning paying clients. If they can’t win lab work to cover its costs with the facilities they have in a reasonable time frame then close it down and revert to outsourcing. I also want to see quarter reporting confirming what actual revenue the lab wins. If it’s zero I would want to know why that sales team can’t win sales.
5. New BOB focus on adding new evaluations across the biotech space. At least 9 new evaluations to be added over the next year. Investors want to invest in something that can made a difference to cancer not in a bloody lab start up. Focus on what’s important.
6. Total honesty, no more “mushroom management” of shareholders. If an evaluation doesn’t work/ can’t be licensed/ be honest and draw a line under it. Not everything will be a winner, we know that but frankly I always say that “it’s better to be slapped in the face with a truth than tickled with a lie” and shareholders have had enough false lies here for a lifetime frankly. Time for a new and right way to do business.
7. For Gods sake, kill off this ridiculous ongoing nonsense with THX, they have never delivered, it’s been a total albatross around the neck, time to call it a day and move on.
If the new board can get formed and deliver on the above, then I’m in at the placing. If it’s more of the same you can count me out.
Step 1 see what happens end of April EGM will we have new chair by end of May? Step 2 can the new BOD be in situ for end of H1 will Suzy/ Gerry stay or go Step 3 Will the new BOD raise the required funds from H2? I say yes with above, No if there is zero change. Nobody but nobody will invest and back this for more of the same.
Change has to happen then the SP has a good chance to recover. Good Luck
A public forum and libel law prevents me from expressing my view on Dilly. Suffice to say, I dislike her very much indeed.
'getting nothing but criticism for her efforts'
?????????
In the last set of accounts her total remuneration was declared as £163469. This may have gone up to help her with inflation. On a 35 hour week with 5 weeks holiday that is the equivalent of £99 an hour. And she gets paid that to answer emails from shareholders upset with their investment; poor (rich?) woman. Maybe shareholders should send her flowers to help her cope with the criticism?
I don't particularly care for the blame culture prevalent in society these days. There has been no suggestion of any criticism of Suzy by Adam in recent months so I would have to assume that he is relaxed about the way things are progressing
I suspect Suzy is working damned hard to make things work and getting nothing but criticism for her efforts. If the products are good enough then Suzy will be able strike a deal, if not the share is dead and there would be no point buying in at a knock down price, as some have suggested
I’ve lost a lot of money and so have my friends .
I want to see new management so all my friends can make some money back. And maybe me as well.
I may also decide to invest .
I’m also doing a lot behind the scenes to help as many large shareholders ask me for advice . So no I’m not going anywhere . So if you want to idly watch from the sidelines paying BOD 500k in salaries per annum whilst not delivering so be it .
Luckily i sold out (still small holder ) at higher levels as I could see theormx were a Mickey Mouse outfit .
So maybe you should thank me for always being on the end of the the phone for holders of about 20m shares .
Pleasure mate .
Nick...6th March you claimed to have sold the balance of your holding so what you maoning about still....your out ....move on!
“ 1. That Martin Lampshire be removed from the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect.
2. That Kevin Cox be removed from the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect.
3. That Adrian De Courcey be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
4. That Benjamin Snipe be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
5. That Ray Horn be appointed as Board Observer of the Company with immediate effect.”
This is a comedy show .
Get rid of the non execs and keep the ceo and cfo . Shareholders will deserve to lose it all. Crazy crazy crazy.
She could which is why I don't support the requisition at this point as removing Kevin now could lead to Suzy leaving as well.
Those suggested to replace no doubt want Suzy to remain as they need someone that can guild them without any experience in this field but somehow it will not work.
Without all this instability I do think 201 will complete very soon and we will recover at least to double digits with other news coming as well. A completely new BOD just means more mistakes with a lack of experience and the cycle starts again. Rinse and repeat with mistakes after mistakes and an even lower placing.
That's like saying 'her twitter account has gone and rumour is she'll be resigning quite soon.'
