The actual spread is better through the RSP live quote. However would expect to see it tick up to 0.4p on the bid in a minute for sure
Unfortunately, still a ridiculous spread but not as ridiculous as it was.
0.4375p paid and looks like we could be on our way to 0.5p by the end of the week tomorrow.
Market starting to see how undervalued and off radar this is
Reality is anyone who does a shred of research can see they have there fingers in alot of pies and Q4 is going to be very exciting
Loads going on and may even see a cheeky TR1 from the recent equity raise to wet the appetite
Nice to see. Should move into the 0.4s shortly
Can sell millions on the bid at a big premium. Good sign
I noticed the lse board full of derampers and long term moaners on MSMN, ALBA, GWMO etc etc and they all multibagged.
Reality is NTOG is positioned really nicely now with cash in the bank and multiple near term projects on the go.
Yes the history has been awful and plenty sitting on big losses... But anyone buying at these levels is buying a low risk high reward play.
I'll be reminding people when it trades 1p+ in the weeks ahead :)
Exactly. I have lost a large chunk of change here but I can't pump this old dog. Logic tells me I should but my conscience won't allow it. Suppose I'm happy about that really. But unfortunately there are unscrupulous scumbags out there who won't give it a second thought. We all know them in real life and you have to check you still have your fingers and thumbs if you are unfortunate enough to shake there hand. There seems to be a proportionally large percentage of those type of characters that prowl these forums. Gla
Sure its easy for the long term suffers to heap misery on everyone day after day.
But there has been a material change in the story here recently, and its not hard to see where value can come. There are plenty of £5m mcap companies on AIM which don't have half the potential that NTOG does now with Pine Mills Oilfield, the Permian Basin and the new Cabballos Creek Oilfield.
There is a hell of lot going on here in the the short term and its all very positive. Market Cap at £1.5m is laughable. Could easily be double that in a blink of eye
Exactly, load of granny muggers or discounted placing flippers. Come on here singing the company song. Plenty of burnt previous investors know the real deal mate.
Makes me laugh people trying to ramp this ( new money coming in, can’t keep this down to cheap, etc etc)
13 trades today who are you trying to kid , makes me sick trying to fool any new bait.
As I have always said there is enough money out there for all of us, don’t rob unsuspecting new comers with there savings!
Look in the mirror and have pride in yourself!
He was careful not to say profitable.
No actually he used to say "cash flow positive at the plc level"
And then vanish through a trap door in a puff of smoke lol ...
Yep that was the old phrase, so not profitable
Cash shells are valued higher.
Makes sense. Its going to be in play very soon. The market can't ignore NTOG for much longer. Its too cheap and there is alot going on short term to add significant value
"These awards only vesting on the Company achieving cash flow positive status at the corporate level for three consecutive months, as agreed by the Remuneration Committee."
Whether you think it funny, likely, unlikely or impossible the same point remains: the options award is worthless to them unless they achieve the above,
DYOR
I think Matt's old catchphrase was profitable at the PLC level.
Positive cash flow indicates that a company's liquid assets are increasing, enabling it to settle debts, reinvest in its business, return money to shareholders, pay expenses and provide a buffer against future financial challenges
funny :)
Yep unless they get us to cashflow positive the options are worthless to them: what do you reckon that means? In my book it means they expect us to be cashflow positive from January onwards
DYOR
No issue with that. If they get the price to 1p+ and start exercising the options then happy days. Decent incentive.
Its very cheap down at these levels. Busy newsflow period in Q4 and cash in the bank.
Probabilities say we go on a nice run here soon
The once pro, Lofgrans best mate billy with his quarterly post .
Cryptic as usual billy !!
So are you saying you agree with the incentives ?
It gives them hope.
Meanwhile investors have the opportunity to either buy low and sell high if you are a bull or if you are a bear find a spread bet and sell high (current share price) and buy back low once the share price goes lower.
They need incentives.
They need to be sacked.
Good post fella .
RNS no surprise there, didn’t take long for LOFGRAN and the board to get they’re noses back in the money trough and award themselves incentives for doing jack s.h.i.t
Fook you Lofgrunt
