Also when considering a discounted placing and the sentiment of PIs at the time they needed the money, why, oh why did they not include PIs in their placing as is possible with Primary Bid instead of using this "death spiral" finance?
YA are not stupid...They have been ripping off PIs for years with their CLNs. The company gets interest free cash and so normally the company doesn't care what happens re. dilution of shares although the overoptimism of the BOD often makes them think this will be the better option for shareholders. In FFR´s case as was in UKOG´s case, I´m sure that they hadn´t expected such problems to enable YA to take a massive amount of shares at lower and lower prices while always maintaining their 10% minimum margin....It is much better to go to the brokers for a discounted placing as then everyone knows the price is fixed at a level until the next one if further funding is required.
Caught with their trousers down ....wonder how many times they have done and what their "punishment " will be atb gla
Looks like YA knew the rules but chose to break them.
Pity there isn't a StopXam sticker for those that breach financial conduct or market abuse rules, like there is for the few slightly selfish Russian motorists.

Young social activists film and confront motorist breaking traffic laws and their sometimes tetchy responses.
well you are here ibug
looks like they found you !
I thought it was a red 1 share code which means the fairies will be out tonight looking for gullible fruitcakes.
If you sell shares into the market that have not been authorised, issued or admitted to trading - what then does that constitute?
--------------------------------
Naked shorting, but only the MMs are authorised to do that, I believe.
A blue 1 code surely means good news coming tomorrow or Friday if you're a believer. Also 1.5 million delayed buy just showed up. 2.40p+ by the end of the week imho
Who knows for sure. But many of us have a theory about this stock being played.. Is it really possible to short this stock? Soon, it has to fly, how long can a short run for given the law of diminishing returns on profit from a short?
Are YA short selling UKOG also?
DHC my thoughts are YA are experts at what they do and they will screw every penny out to make their profit on their loans. Would this mean breaking the law not sure, would they stretch to the limit very likely. I will be honest and say I am not clever enough to work out what was the optimum time for them to convert and whether it was in their interest to have the price drop at certain times.
Would it also support their MO to have supporters help drive sentiment on shares both negatively and positively? Will be interesting to see what action if any (legal/FCA) takes place. I think it is a given that their involvement was going to cost and the depressed SP is perhaps testament to that. As you suggest there are multiple factors in the 8p-1.5p slide and IMO when we rose dramatically to 11p this was false, where the actual base level was is debatable 4p/5p/6p/7p even 8p who knows. GLA
At the time the trolls were talking about death spiral financing. It sure looks like it was!
Hopefully things will pick up but I think many PI's are very nervous. Loads have lost money, if I sold now I would be at losing money too. Not great but hopefully the KL will be massive and a revisit to HH with new data may help the SP too.
I saw that too
Its about time these shysters were brought to book for the practise of forward selling stock they dont own.
YA sold $3,000,000 worth of FRR shares without authority.
Now theyve been found out, i hope they have enough cash to settle the bill
I make it a daily habit of looking at all RNS's that get issued every morning to see who's up to what.
This morning, if you look at Frontera (FRR) (and NO this isn't a ramp of the Company), you will see their CEO has caught YA forward selling shares (82million odd) they were not entitled to.
It's about time those involved who short stocks are bought to book including the filth that even pervades this board so that the FCA are forced to do something which can only be good for the protection of shareholders.
By all means share this post if you agree cuz if you do nothing, you can only blame yourself when it happens again...
