Ktf - "You don't own shares, yet you claim to have paid for director options."
i don't own shares.
you said i had/did and lost money, unsubstantiated complete fking bs.
re director options - what are you taking about?? "yet you claim to have paid for director options." - i never stated anything of the sort?? think you're losing it. suggest you read my most carefully. it was pretty clear. fact you're all over the place just reinforces to me that you're in way over your head. only 47 more posts and you'll have hit 3700 toilet paper posts, well done.
I think she justs like winding you up !
Ignore her common sense arguments and keep buying those golden tickets.
You don't own shares, yet you claim to have paid for director options.
odd, but not as odd as someone who doesn't own shares wasting their life on here when they keep saying nothing posted here is worth reading.
hmm, very odd indeed.
Find the post where i stated i ever did that ktf!! what utter garbage. i don't own shares. you just post complete lies and bs as usual. i'll wait for the evidence to support your post, but certainly won't hold my breath.
smuggler, your claim of hypocracy makes zero sense!?! explain.
Simple answer - you don't hold shares in SOU.
Hypocrite. :-)
Can't you see the irony in this line?
"Reading this BB you can see why retail investors so often make terrible investment choices and lose out"
coming from the one who p i s s e d all (in your own admittance) their money up the wall buying at the wrong time!
A loser of that magnitude is not someone to take advise from š
Reading this BB you can see why retail investors so often make terrible investment choices and lose out for far more sophisticated and experienced investors. it's a prime example of moronic confirmation bias where one moron posts something completely unsubstantiated and counter to all very widely accepted norms, and then loads pile in and agree giving everyone a warm cosy feeling. directors with zero personal skin in the game (i don't mean freebie shares gifted to them by watering down existing SHs (do you guys even understand that??) isn't skin in the game, I mean hand in the pocket I paid for those shares) is a MASSIVE RED FLAG for an investment. ultimately it's a sign they don't have sufficient confidence in the current sp offering good value or risk/reward to invest their own money, simple. and any moron you says or thinks that directors have been in a closed period for the last 7rs is beyond stupid. just ask them on the call next week, when where the last 3 non-closed periods they were under - you'll either be shocked by their answer or you won't get an answer guaranteed.
Haven't the directors a load of options don't they based on some qualifying criteria? can't remember the details but they were awarded something when GL took over the helm...if anyone would like to fill in the blanks ?? thank you.
Oh, and by the way, Malcy is on a meal ticket. Think outside the bucket list.
Also the directors canāt get pulled up for any funny business with when the shares had been acquired . I donāt care at all with this situation & feel we will start some price movements soon gla
Smudger, it's just something that he can try to exploit to try to persuade shareholders to sell.
yesterday will have been a big disappointment to him that the early selling was replaced by buyers. They are running out of time and he know sit, but will never admit it.
I guess Amazon is in trouble because Bezos sold over $8 Billion worth of shares at the end of February!
Who gives a flying fig if the directors have bought in or not. It's got nout to do with us what they do with their lolly or bonuses. Why are you so hung up on what the directors do with their cash. If you think this is an indicator get a grip. There are quite a few shares out there that directors don't hold.
Time for a new phrase ?
When you say āmuckā would you care to provide actual evidence via any RNS issued that any existing directors have actually bought shares in this company. Itās a simple request that can prove me wrong or you know better.
Bit of both really.
Not even Malcy tried to spin the latest RNS into a positive- thatās a first.

Sorry, are you replying to me or just using my post to throw your 'Directors haven't bought' muck around.?
Good for you being in profit ? Directors still have a chance for cheeky top ups aside from the fact theyāve never actually bought shares to top up and why would that be ? Answers on a postcard to āthe directors see no value here only downside in what they know from the inside ā The non investors seem to be getting it right whilst the cheeky top up merchants are thinking what was I thinking š±
I do hope so, currently in profit and would of liked to have brought my average down further. Been in and out of SOU for several years, got a bit greedy with my buy order today. May get further opportunities for a 'Top up' (wonderful terminology). Good luck to all that are invested, get a life those that aren't and still post on here :-)
More than enough time for a top-up seeing as the Calvalley deal, even when it arrives, is not the saviour people think it is. There's still a shortfall as far as I can see, even just to pay back the bondholders in 2027. Maybe 2028-29 to see a bit of value if SOU survives that long.
Don't worry Smudger, you have plenty of time to top up ;)
Sound Share price, please do not climb to fast, I donāt get paidātill Friday. šš
.
Good Day for SOUND ; BUY BUY BUY.

What's happened to all the share bashers? Come back! My buy order never got filled and I need you to bash some more. :-(
As a recent investor (March24) in this stock I see value here too, that is in Sound, not in this BB...
I took mainly positives from the RNS so I've topped up, albeit it a small nibble as there are clearly some risks here.
gla.
It must be waiting for the signature, to mobilise the rig in Juneā¦ā¦.
Niggle time , yep mine is the rig movement in June , so we must have some cash for this ?? Fingers crossed & yes Iāve got some more today .
