Tav. I agree. It’s 5 million they won’t have to pay in interest so the bottom line should look a lot better when the next results are announced.

I think the strategic investment which removes some costly debt is great news that the market will fully appreciate soon.

Patience
Even though Woodford sang the praises of OXB - and w have no reason to believe he was wrong - his comment has not taken us down.
we have a positive investment from Novartis and some ace guys in R & D.
One significant breakthrough is all we need.

Slingsby aside some scientific or business news needed.
Hard to believe this was at £10 not long ago yet no bad news as such just drift.

Indeed and the sp continues to drift downwards.
This really is a very frustrating share and you can see why investors avoid it because of the large fluctuations for no apparant reason.
Still believe it will come good but some stability would not go amiss

Confidence inspiring, eh?

Mr Slingsby, head of business development, showing real confidence in Oxb. Perhaps this is the time to dump our shares when the “head of business development”, dumps all these options ! He does not hold any shares at all ! Each to their own !
Interesting to see were the sp goes over the coming months. He still has nearly 92k options. Nice work if you can get it..

Hi and thank you for your response - appreciated. Can’t quite square the 10% you recite with the 8.7% in the TR1, but never mind. Good news anyway and shows confidence in the future of the company.

RNS

A question pls? I see another RNS issued at 6pm last night. The TR-1 form referees to an acquisition or disposal of shares. My emphasis is on the OR. How do we differentiate between an acquisition and a disposal? I assume the RNS is about a further? share purchase by Nova, but I don’t know the number of shares held by them before yesterday. Thank you for any insight. GOOD NEWS I ASSUME ANYWAY.

Trying not to be pessimistic but we look to be heading back to where we were before the latest news.Patience is a virtue but a strained one in this instance. What will it take to boost this back to the heights. There is general market pessimism and we could be in for a bit of bear growl but someone has to notice the actual and potential here surely?

Yep, it’s very confusing and also off putting for possible new investors. The BOD are very much aware and hoped after the share consolidation it would stop the no reason volatility but to no avail. Up at 770p just a few days ago and now down almost 5%. Just got to grin and bear it.

That major loan was always a bugbear with its horrendous interest. To get an investment at 690p is definitely confidence inspiring . This should make future profit look a lot better ! Happy days

This has to be a major positive, with that level of investment and the confidence in the company and the science moving forward, or am I missing something here? GLA

Good news today

and surely today's news in not in the price. We have had a jump but this has fallen a long way. NIcely underpinned now and the possibility that the acquirer will add to its stake so we will hopefully rerate to £10.
