Nearing Commercialisation !!!!! Just had the email 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 yes please .... I've been waiting 4 years now !!!
The board is quiet yes but I feel the company are slowly opening doors to prospective partners to look at their wares..For the brave this could be a buying opportunity at this level…Seize the day
It never sits right with me when even this message board is void of discussion.
I'm fighting against tying to lower my average and jut popping this one in a draw for 6 months to see if there's any changes.
Based on the last results it would appear that they had enough cash for circa 12 months. So either a deal or cash raise needs to come soon.
Can anyone else throw any more light on this?
Schlum . It could well do don’t know how into nano tech they are they have patents world wide. The Americans are throwing billions at not like the Uk trying to do it on a shoe string. India has close ties with Australia where this whole nano Nuvec thing began at Queensland. Professor Yu is furthering research with another Australian government grant while a couple of uk universities are continuing working with N4p here. Makes me wonder how the big investors are getting so many shares. Slowly by the amount of time it took to get the latest significant holding RNS on shares purchased in the middle of January. I did see the odd trade for a million shares, but that’s only about 6 or 7k worth. To get 9 percent must be around 20 million shares? Any way has given a much needed boost if only temporarily. The point is Nigel now has attracted some serious backers who may well inject more cash if needed to go commercial, or more worringly take us out in the cheap. Do Theo and chums have enough to defend? Maybe that’s where David comes in to play
If Nuvec could be licensed out to a large Indian pharma company and taken/financed through trials, that would be a sizeable coup for N4p.
N4p received patent award for Nuvec in India, announced not long ago, may have something to do with it.
Put a nice sum of money here not far short of 200000 pounds . So is it a wild punt or he know something ? I guess he knows more than us
Actually i stand corrected. I thought he may have taken Farrier out, but seems that’s the total voting rights. Forget my post lol
Brighty. Today’s TR1 has the exact same voting rights as the last Farrier Tr1 before xmas. 268,780,349.
Looks like today’s guy took them from him.
He might own more than 9% as it certainly took a long time to declare his holding.
A cheeky 9% “punt”..one wonders what drew him to our little company?….
That’s a big punto! And my punto has gone up in value , shame about the other shares by looks like that could all pale int insignificance ! Gl
Thank you Brighty , interesting indeed
In answer to your question: David Farrier used to have a 12.83% holding in N4P back in 2018. It looks as though he's been significantly diluted down and that he is re-buying and is now up to 6.23% approx. The 9% holding of Mathenz Marc Kay announced today from 19th January is also interesting.....
Good luck, Brighty
Follow the money. I would expect a collaboration RNS in the near future. Will buy some more as this is big news. IMHO.
Ohhhhh someone knowes
Last two holdings rns they have faith .Gla
So, CFO of over US$5 billion company takes 9% stake in N4P. Think that's right. WHY?????
MATHENZ MARC KAY . . . . Pine Labs . . . . . an Indian company that provides financing and retail transaction technology. Founded in 1998, it is a unicorn startup, with a valuation of over US$5 billion.
What does Luke do anyway? Is with N4 and draws a wage, but for what though?
Wowsers, nice to see someones taken a big 9% chunk here.
Results due any time now....
Lots of potential catalysts due this year with the Nanogenics work so hopefully the N4 management will finally be able to add some positive momentum to the share price.
He may be the right man for the job as the The 5 year chart of VAL looks almost identical to N4P's, i.e terrible...
Luke Cairns, Executive Director of N4p, now also a Non Exec at VAL.
