Yeah I do agree on the directors holding and buying, too many stocks have directors refusing to buy while paying themselves a nice salary. My CMB the boss holds 70% of the stock, that is at the opposite end of the equation where he actually potentially holds too many although he is a good egg not like the cast majority of shysters on Aim.
Somebody bailed earlier, that was not me
Morning Davey, I didn't get burned as such I got out at break even when they launched their retail analytics tool, I jumped out on the spike and got my money back, sadly its been all downhill from that point. There is still small value in the listing but I can't see much else to cheer about, they're constantly trying to raise capital via CLN's or fundraisers which dilute shareholder value to get projects completed. Whilst they're fleecing shareholders they're paying their mates high interest rates on the loan notes as we've just seen in August, the proof is all there on the last set of interims. This is why financial costs have increased despite the cost cutting, they're lining someone elses pocket and not yours. Every year we hear the same old fluff whilst the SP dies a slow death. I can buy a million shares now for £480, the question is why isn't Geoff the CEO and the gang buying when they're so cheap, if he won't buy why should anyone else? The 3 main directors only own 6% of the company between them, they have no interest in increasing their holdings as there is no prospect of increasing shareholder value plus no dividend, ever. They get paid a salary regardsless and one of them is getting a high rate of interest indirectly on the loan notes through an offshore account. Quite happy to debate anyone on any point, please change my mind ?
Guessing you got badly burned in this one in this past Rocka, most of your long posting history and many years ago is about this stock. I'm not saying you have not made the right call so far as the price is at a all time low but maybe now the company is on the mend, any stock can suddenly turn good after years of going nowhere. I'll continue to hold no point in selling this low.
On a seperate note the SP was not up 22% today, indeed it's 18% down from opening and just above the 52wk low. The spread at 75% shows how ridiculous this has become, its a joke.
Taverham, I hope your not holding up the last set of interim results as some shining example of success, sales were down, gross profit was down, financial costs increased by 21% when they stated they were cutting costs. They turned a profit into a loss and ended up with only £10,000 in the bank. You may recall they had to issue loan notes in August to raise more money. Pease refrain from trying to ramp this up, the facts state othwerwise.
Petro, you are telling a pack of lies about this company, it has revenue it turned over £1m in the first 6 months of this year as can be seen from their last interim Results RNS. Please refrain.
No hard feelings, Davey. I'm sure you're a different person in real life. Sometimes people have multiple personalities behind the computer screen (keyword warriors), lol. Enjoy your holiday!
Also all I can say is in real life I'm a totally different person from the forums. I just hate pump and dumpers always have done
Ha ha touchy. Yes over 30 years trading from the awful days of sub internet on the phone with ceefax for price updates every 4 hours.
Nobody is listening to any of us, we all think we have a influence but less than 1% do and this is fomo bull...did I touch a nerve on OBI...the market is done for...I'm not sure what will change it with all your traders killing it and yes I'm a nobody like everybody else on this forum.
Luckily I do not need to wake up and make £100-200 from a trade every day like the pump and dumpers do.
I'm actually off for another 3 weeks holiday all paid for with share profits
Davey,
Do you really think you're smart and lecturing us that you have over 25 years in trading? Trying to be a good Samaritan by deramping other boards? Guess what, Davey? In reality, you're nobody, and you just waste your time talking, talking, and talking, but nobody's listening to you.
I have no personal grudge against you, but sometimes in life, be nice to people and focus on your own investment rather than deramping other people's investments. Good luck, Davey, and all the best.
Look at the trades every one is a sale from somebody buying earlier, how can this market thrive if nobody holds a stock and sells for a loss the same day...I'm solvent I've made a killing over the years I'm quite happy to quit and do something else while holding a few stocks long term...but a lot of traders will go bankrupt...it's over !
Taver
Yes they play the spikers well, I cannot believe it's now red it was up over 50% earlier. Seems fatal to issue positive news now because all the day traders pile in and if you sit there and do not sell they all sell up and drive the price even lower.
The stock market for me in penny stocks is finished, it's being killed by the market makers and day traders, everybody else will just pull out of the game and soon it will be just nothing there for anybody. mm's are not making profits now they are laying off in the city, their own greed and traders greed has finished this once great job...mark my words
The SP is now down 13% from opening, heed the gypsy's warning, this company is going nowhere and I can't believe they're still listed.
If anyone was any detailed analysis of this company please ask as I've been following for years, I can tell you what the CEO has for breakfast
You'll never get the better of the MM's, this is just day traders looking for a quick buck, SP is up agian now and the spread has increased accordingly so there you have it
Davey, what I think you are saying is the MMs sold early today at a high price, bought back lower later this morning, replenishing their holdings and pocketing the difference?
So no mention of the current losses cash burn and low cash balances then ?
The deramper is a old stale bull stuck in the past, hates to see the company turning and doing well. I honestly thought it was going to do 100-300% today, 5% up what a joke but mm's are brilliant at their jobs, they sit there and refuse to move up the bid, they know once the first sale goes in the rest of the traders will literally s h i t themselves and sell, traders are terrified to hold a stock
Sell size at mid price online and NT to buy, what market makers are saying is they are ready to shaft any buyers left from first thing for a massive loss but nobody else is allowed to get a bargain. One mm is at 0.05p the next is 0.07p that is a 20% jump on L2
Lots of debate on here about day traders etc, well the real point is growing a company, making profits for investors etc. , all of which takes time - give it a year or so and we shall see how it develops or otherwise.
Yeah this is not about Mdz people do not want anything I hold to go up because I expose pump and dump merchants.
I cannot control day traders they are morons, they take on a share with a huge spread and no patience and then sell for s 10-30% loss then go to the next trade and do exactly the same.
I started this game with less than £500 and have took out over £500k profits in the last 30 years from being patient but this current climate of impatient day traders is why the market is on the knees, if everybody held it would be 0.1p now and getting chased and everybody would be in a huge profit...pointless trying to educate them
I've just run some numbers and the SP had actually dropped 8% below the opening price this morning at one point, don't be scammed out of your money by some of the posters on here looking for a quick buck...
Had a few more.
It looks like you have lots of friends here Davey haha
Still NT to buy, can some more idiots who were happy to pay 0.06p+ sell now please for below 0.047p
Davey50, Just give up pumping and scamming poor investors.
I'm buying more rocka keep deramping please...
