How long does that process take? DEPENDS BUT LESS THAN A MONTH
If successful will there then be a process of testing? NO THAT IS IT

Would agree with your estimates on fracking plus we should be aware EMS fracking 2 x 15m sections which i imagine would be fracked individually however good news is these intervals are already naturally fractured which should ease the process.
As for SP does seem to have been a change in sentiment the last few trading days, lets hope it keeps up.
From what I can gather they are fracking 2 zones of 15m each, but they have not stated how far each zone is apart so I guess much will depend on this and what the 3D informs them.
7.6p is today's target. Not end of the week :) Not based on news for me at this level but simply because its undervalued and bounced off the bottom. Sentiment also generally positive imo GLA
1,000,000 barrels is definitely a no-sense number.
In a typical fracturing job, one zone, we may talk about 1,000 bbls of gel and 200,000 lbs of proppant.
Yes this fracturing fluid should be produced back before the production test can start.
A fracturing job usually takes 4/5 days, maximum a week including mob and demob.
Clean up period 24/48 hours, then the production test. Length can vary, no fixed length.
Happy to clarify additional doubts about frac/completion phase.

Thanks WT
I always say the same!!
Look forwards to your questions and there Replys tomorrow!!
Thanks again!!

No problem.
It is nice when a poster asks a question, one responds and then thanks is offered.
Good manners are really quite inexpensive!! lol!

When I look at sou, and the nearly 2 years at echo and the current sp, I know I wouldn’t touch Coro for a few years!!!
Thanks WT I was thinking about 4 weeks for the Fracking But theres no logic I thought I herd this before so kept it in my head. You obviously have a better understanding, but as you say a lot of variables involved.
I'm lucky have attended all the Time with the Team's The last one there were very few questions, but I put a lot of my portfolio in here and for now I realise it was a big mistake, hopefully not forever though.
It Will be interesting to hear From our new Leader Martin Hull and really hope we can get him on Proactive etc for a few interviews soon, it helps potential new investors when they can get a feel for the man in the driving seat!!
Unfortunately I just can’t attend but I take solace in such a well balanced view, hope to hear your comments tomorrow and nice to know you think it’s worth being on board here. GLA
Looking forward to tomorrow and hope the team have got their answers all in order and some good positive news. No delays and no surprises as to why Fiona stepped aside. Re attending tomorrow, unfortunately I can't make it. But would be happy to buy a dinner for anyone who is :)
Thank you WT. I bow to your superior engineering knowledge and I don't mean that sarcastically. I will tune in to the q&a session but I don't think I can add much. My decision to stay invested is based purely upon intuition. I know little about the routes to production upon which you speak. In fact, you could write the amount I know on the head of a pin. However, as you state, there are so many unknowns involved during the pre-production stage that, at the end of the day,...it's a gamble. That's the bit I find irresistible and it's why my funds are not sitting in a five year bond generating 2.25% interest per year! I'm sure there are many with a similar cavalier attitude and that's why it's good to have you here; to temper, at least to some extent and with bare harsh facts, my impetuous nature!

A question that has been asked a number of times, and answered.
There is no simple definitive answer.
For example, possibly upwards of 1,000,000 barrels of a water/chemical mixture may have to be pumped into the down hole well zone being targeted. It then is required to be back flowed to surface. Sometimes this procedure might have to be repeated up to 3 times to achieve the desired result.
So let me turn the question over to the wags who think that this is a quick & easy operation.
So you tell me how long it will take to clean up one million barrels of water and then inject it under high pressure downhole?
Depending on the chemical, there may be a "soaking period."
One then has to carefully monitor the backflow of this solution back to surface.
And then decide, if one has achieved what success is potentially available, or does one go again??
So those who with little or no experience of an oilfield, let alone downhole operations - you tell us??
And it is dead easy reading a few paragraphs on Google and becoming a B/B "expert!!"
I have described the probable operational procedure, and I cannot truthfully answer the question.
But those thinking that this is a doddle with easy answers and a positively predictable outcome, over to you!!
I keep on saying be patient, Echo will tell us when the job is done.
You have a gold plated opportunity to ask questions tomorrow lunchtime, I will be there armed with about 10 questions. Will you be there, or like so often posters ask questions on this B/B or make unfeasible demands but somehow are unavailable for these "Time with the Team" sessions? Apologies to those who actually are not able to participate but there are others who seem to be available 24/7. Curiously they go AWOL on these days when if they truly had the courage of their convictions then at least we could all see them pose and voice their concerns.
Have a good weekend.
WT
How long are we expecting the fracking to take please??
