The net proceeds of the Disposal, after payment of transaction costs and the repayment of approximately 6.2 million of existing indebtedness, DYOR
They willl know, just look at the numbers DYOR
Beginning to 'smell a rat' here. If the outcome of Digital Barriers shareholder pay back is not released shortly it would point to a dilution of II shares being played out.
LOL. Are you really suggesting that the major institutional investors gave the board their 100% backing without knowing exactly what they were going to be offered. You must be joking.
some more losses over the past few months since last results so not all proceeds will be available. Just my view and always good to DYOR just in case I am wrong

Buys just under full ask now, another tick up soon
Decent buys coming in now ;)
Current Market Cap 21 Million GBP vs incoming cash payment of 27.5 Million GBP plus we still own ThruVis ;)
;)
Meeting to decide on sale of video business for 27.5 Million GBP in cash of which some will be paid to shareholders via a dividend. We currently valued at less than that, this news is definitely not priced in
A couple of buys and we have ourselves a tick up ;)
What is going on with DGB's sp ? The slide is going on and on and on !
That said the majority of the news around G4s and US contracts are for Thru Vis. So I expect positive forward looking statements in the next trading update
DGB are selling the business that is currently generating most of the revenues. The Thruvis business only turned over 2m in the last financials. So DGB are getting selling the majority of its revenue stream.
You tell me ! this is mm manipulation in all its glory.
You tell me ! this is mm manipulation in all its glory.
We are selling something for 27.5M but the company share price valuation is only 25M and we have most of the business still! How can this be?
Low float exaggerates the movements, even trade history not just SP updates are limited. This is a small cap undergoing major change and there will still be uncertainty for most until the sale goes through hence gyrations are to be expected. Don't look for too much logic in explaining the SP in the short term. I'm disappointed it went down as much as 8% earlier today, I had topped up Tuesday after the RNS!
Still holding and still buying more, ThruVis all way baby! ;)
This is so disappointing to see the sp going down non stop since the rns came out. Where is the logic behind it ?
Increased Shareholder Support for Disposal proposal of Video Business updated to be just under 60% today, so it will most likely go thorough without problem. Bizarrely, SP down 6% today after 4% increase yesterday.
2 days after the very significant RNS and what i find most surprising is the almost total lack of opinions voiced on this panel. Pre rns ,there were daily exchanges of views from regular followers of DGB, most of the theoretical matters or assumptions. Now we have the facts on the table and hardly anybody voices their opinion. Lets wait and see what happens then !!!
This is a good deal. The cash injection is secondary, it allows full focus on ThruVis being increasingly adopted by major users such as G4S, TSA, etc. with the correct employee structure at all levels. As mentioned, due to low market cap and float share price may not behave as expected day to day, DGB is not ideal for day trading, it is a good long term investment.
