Only Hutchinson and Clive Carver know what they have. And they keep Selling it. But FEAR Not young disciples .... It all may Drop into place just yet. Petisovci pumping Gas at Full Capacity...
I noticed we've closed the gap today, followed by a dead cat bounce, to close the day in decline.
Several posters are still hoping for the re-opening of the data room and seem to like the idea of a buyout. Obviously they haven't bothered to read this thread. If they had, they would for sure be making their day free to attend the next AGM. They really need to be asking some serious questions of the BoD, if they believe a buyout will be in anyway beneficial to their 'investment'.
I remember Hutchinson saying on Media that Investment Institutions wanted this below 1p before they would consider Investing in this one. Well here we are. Maybe he should have reduced his MCap estimate by 50% ?
The End Game for Slovenia is not a happy marriage with AST. Clive Carver building that pipeline to Croatia saw the end to that. Just so he could get his Pay out.
All aboard the AST train.
Fastfood, I'd say that's pretty much correct!
Reso. I now bow to your superior knowledge. As I understand it / If AST Slovenia did get Taken Over / then AST plc would be able to ringfence the money to invest in New Projects ? Hence not have to Return the Takeover money to current AST shareholders ? Have I got that correct ?
How would we ever find out who were in the data room ? Maybe the Robot from Lost in Space was in there ruining all the paperwork ?? .
Reso,
ACQUISITIONS & VENTURES depend on PERMUTATIONS, COMBINATIONS. AND PROBABILITY!....?....;-)
Fastfood, what also needs baring in mind is if and it's a big If, there had been any real interest in the data room ( it's still a mystery ), it would not be for Ascent Resources Ltd. Any takeover/buyout would surely be for Ascent Slovenia Ltd., leaving AST as a cash shell and again a non producer, possibly looking at new acquisitions/ventures, so again unable to achieve any increased shareholder value in the near term.
The Data room !!! They were waiting on the IPPC ... We have it.. Is the phone ringing ??
What is the Plan Colin Hutchinson ? Step 1. By what date can we get the Processing Plant built / Given that we now have permission ;) ..and we are the Financiers ... Let's get on with it Hurrahh ...
So AST have another 31 Months until that Contract ends. Best get Building that Processing Plant then ? Need to raise a £10.000.000. Need 4 to 16 Well Permits to get that FDP going !!! So that’s another £8 to £32.000.000 on top of the £10.0000.000. Wait a minute... We need a Partner ... But we are already in Partnership.. We have raised money with PNB Paribas before. (I bet they didn’t appreciate Hutchinson mentioning their good name).
Maybe of interest to some and after much that has been speculated regarding this matter, add some clarity ( unless of course, someone is able to furnish some more recent documentation relating to an extension of this or to negate it's content ).
