Just been told share holders are not getting paid. Get onto your broker today!
Anyone any idea? Is there an average length of time for how long these wind ups take?
that was well touted by the bank robber. He should stick to robbing banks which appears to be his forte.
Some sniffing 17% by Friday.
Many thanks danster.
Still possible. Gotta be quick though!
People buying at 2.4 are looking at upside to 2.9. But nothing is guaranteed
0.05 Canadian dollars Approx 2.9 pence currently
Forgive my ignorance but can someone confirm to me if the liquidition price offered is 5p per share to shareholder. Thanks in anticipation.
More buys. Brave move...might pay off ?
Understand what you are saying but someone is hoovering these up at 250,000 and 500,000 shares at a time. Someone knows something.
I completely exited this today. Frankly, I was nervous about not being able to trade them for months while the board wind it up, they've proven themselves to be utter f**kwits, and I don't trust them not to screw shareholders over and try to grab cadh on the way out. Good luck the brave.
Shares will be delisted on 9th Sept. Another bad investment by the bank robber and his mates.
Still buying big chunks of these? Maybe we will get more than $0.05c per share?
If you're referring to the board meeting then nothing is set in stone. Must admit Ive taken my eye off this one over the hols.
Have any of you been reading the RNS's?
Think you're right mate.
Just bought back in with a grand got a feeling something going on here
Anyone know what all the 250,000 and 100000 buys are?
Nice rise today. GLA, I sold all my AEY a few weeks back to invest in #deliveringdreamsinthedesert ;-)
going up :)
"I’ve had a lot of meetings in London over the past 2/3 weeks with numerous sources and city contacts, chasing up news, views and opinion on various company’s. Theatre visits, wine bars, restaurants, emails, phone calls and .......... blah blah blah' Did his best to ramp up AEY suggesting there could be a 4p-6p cash payment. At the same time his investment group were selling AEY shares. Identical MO to what happened at SER. AEY turned down an offer from SOU. Look at SOU now !
When levi (aka hopkins) took a 3%+ stake with two others in AEY he said it was because of the strong balance sheet blah blah. Ask yourselves why this group holding was recently reduced below 3%. Levi tweeted that he had written an a piece on his website about a payment of 4p-6p? He has been very quiet since. I wonder why. Maybe he is too buys with plans for SER
Don't forget, in Dec 2014 the Antrim Board decided that the offer from Sound Oil (now Sound Energy) was not in our best interests. That offer was .319 Sound shares for each Antrim share. Sound Energy now trades at 56p per share, meaning each Antrim share would be worth around 18p. Antrim Board = hopeless muppets.
:)
