ODX's unique selling point, for me, it that it is part of a consortium, set up by the Government, to deliver resilience not just to this pandemic, but on an enduring basis for any possible pandemics in the future. I have seen people suggesting the Government will only place a paltry number of orders. I really don 't think so. ODX has an assured future now.

The volume of shares traded today was just shy of 60 million. And I think that's the lowest daily volume this week. Nothing us PIs do or say will make any difference set against volumes like that. We're just riding the big boys coat tails. So ignore the ramping and deramping. Neil Hannon has as much chance of affecting the share price as he has of influencing the outcome of the general election.

If APEC, or some other opaque Chinese entity, bought LOGP, then APEC suddenly produced the $10m (and they'd get back LOGP's share) then they woukd have a controlling interest in Barryroe at rockbottom prices, and could squeeze PVR out.

1. EU built on CAP, a mnstrously regressive tax system. Blair gave up half our rebate in return fir CAP being reformed. But it wasn't.
2. eU suffers regulatory capture. Passes regs at behest of large corps which lobby it, and which raise the barriers to enter markets. Squeezing out small local businesses and innvators. If you want a future dominated by stagnant rent seeking big corporations, choose the EU.
3. The EU allows politicians at all levels to pass the buck for responsibility, especially as EU law is constructed and proposed by bureaucrats. Deliberately.

Even most remainers call for us to stay in and reform from within. But history teaches us that the EU ain't for reforming. Lot's of other probs, massive corruption, uncontrolled immigration, sacrificing the Southern European states for German economic growth etc. The free movement of goods capital and labour is the basis of hard right neo-liberalism. Just because the EU says its progressive doesn't make it so.

Olisol played silly buggers before but came through in the end. Seems to be how they operate. No guarantees, but they've already put money in, which they stand to lose. In Taj, if the other partners get an order for costs against TPL, I guess we'll be pulling out completely and letting the subsids there go bust. I think they should just buy us out of our share. I still think it depends on whether Alexander Abramov has any pull there. The court decision in Kazakh does suggest he's got some traction. But ... The situation is still pretty ropey.

I completely exited this today. Frankly, I was nervous about not being able to trade them for months while the board wind it up, they've proven themselves to be utter f**kwits, and I don't trust them not to screw shareholders over and try to grab cadh on the way out. Good luck the brave.

Olisol are buying in at around 3.1p per share. £ strengthened a bit since I last checked.

Yes, I entered the name of the TPL kazakh subsids into the Kazakh court website, but got no hits. The par value thing nlocks the Olisol partial takeover. They're paying around 3.9p per share, so we should uprate towards that. As it stabilises us, we shouldvreally rerate higher. But as I said before, I want to see that Olisol can see off the very well connected AGR in the kazakh courts before trying to average down. I presume though we'll get an update covering both, probably Monday.

No sign of it in the supreme court, and much more likely to be in a regional court. But the Kazakh website only does English for the Supreme Court bit, and is only in Russian for all the regional court info. But putting Tethys, and the names of its Kazakh subs into the site search doesn't produce anything. I'm a bit puzzled too why they issued an update on the same day it was meant to be in court. Why not wait a day? AGR was Abbausbayev family, very strong in Kazakh. Olisol is owned by Abramov, a Russian oligarch. So it will be very interesting to see who wins. I'm not averaging down until I know. Tethys will still be in an awful financial situation, but Olisol have deep pockets. Although I guess they're going to end up basically owning the company for not too much. If this all pans out though, maybe Olisol will have traction in Tajik, and keep us in for the deep drill.

Does anyone know what court this as heard in? Been trawling the web. Kazakh supreme court didn't sit on 23 August. Beyond that though, the Olisol transaction is due to complete by next Friday. They are buying at around 3.2p per share. And now they've got their slice, we should be able to crack on with producing gas and flogging it to the Chinese.

It was a monster uncrossing trade though, compared to daily volume. Don't think I've seen such a monster before, don't know if it means anything though.

Don't forget, in Dec 2014 the Antrim Board decided that the offer from Sound Oil (now Sound Energy) was not in our best interests. That offer was .319 Sound shares for each Antrim share. Sound Energy now trades at 56p per share, meaning each Antrim share would be worth around 18p. Antrim Board = hopeless muppets.

Is the market pricing in that this project will not get FID in Q4? With breakeven oil price of $40 (I know its gas, but that's what they said in the RNS) it must be pretty marginal, and I'm a bit worried they haven't replaced Schlumberger yet. I presonally think it looks a bit undervalued even if that is abandoned, but doubtless the market would punish it.

In the event of wind up they estimate a payment of 0.05 canadian dollars per share. At the current exchange rate this equals 2.91p sterling per share. Thank god brexit has caused sterling to collapse. Won't attract fees in returning the cash, so buy up to 2.8p including dealing costs and stamp duty to get a return. And this is better than them frittering away the cash on their directors salaries.
