Year End Dividend Declaration

With reference to the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. held on February 9, 2015, the Board recommended the distribution of BD 21,200,108 (equivalent to 15 Fils per share) as final dividend to the shareholders registered on the shareholders' register on the date of the Annual General Meeting.

This recommendation of cash dividend distribution is subject to the approval of the regulators and the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
