X-LEISURE FUND - BANKING ARRANGEMENTS
Capital & Regional Plc, the co-investing property asset manager, confirms that the X-Leisure Fund (in which it owns a 19.4% stake and is the property asset manager) has agreed an extension of its Loan to Value covenant waiver until 31 July 2009 with its banking syndicate, thus satisfying one of the conditions of the £50 million Open Offer announced on 26 May.
