Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Willi-Food Investments Ltd. Transaction completed Tel Aviv, Israel, 7 May, 2014 Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 3 March, 7 and 28 April and 1 May, 2014. Further to the Company's announcement of 1 May, 2014, on 4 May, 2014 theTransaction was completed and the Company now holds a controlling stake inWilli-Food Investments Ltd. ("WFI") such that the Company now holds 8,203,371WFI ordinary shares, which constitute approximately 61.65% of the issued sharecapital of WFI and approximately 62.21% of its voting rights. As part of the completion of the Transaction, the Company received irrevocablepowers of attorney to vote the shares held by each of the Sellers in G.Willi-Food International Ltd. ("WFINT") at all general meetings thereof, for aslong as any of the Sellers, as the case may be, holds shares in WFINT and forthe duration of five years from completion of the Transaction. Upon completion of the Transaction, those directors nominated to the boards ofdirectors of WFI and WFINT by the Company were appointed and now constitute amajority on both boards.
