Corac Group Plc20 December 2006 Corac Group PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany would like to notify the market of the following: The Company's capital consists of 74,429,700 ordinary shares of 10p each withvoting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 74,429,700. The above figure of 74,429,700 ordinary shares of 10p each may be used byshareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
