Multi Group PLC19 December 2006 Multi Group Plc Placing Multi Group Plc ("Company") is pleased to announce that it has placed 50,000,000new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.5pence per share with Southwind Limited to raise an additional £250,000 ofworking capital. As a result of this placing, Southwind Limited is now interested in 275,304,524Ordinary Shares, representing 58.0 per cent. of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM with effect from 27 December 2006.
