Turkiye Is Bankasi10 September 2007 06.09.2007Disclosure on Extending the Term of USD 800 Million Syndicated Loans As per the agreement signed by Turkiye Is Bankasi A.S. on 06.09.2007, the termfor USD 800 million of the syndicated loans dated 13.09.2006 has been extendedfor one year. The loan, whose term was extended with the participation of 50international banks and which will be used for export financing, has a totalcost of Libor + 0.25%.
