Update re Karanja project

SKIL Ports & Logistics Limited is pleased to announce that the Expert Appraisal Committee of the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India, has published the minutes of the meeting which took place on 20-21st December 2012 for final environmental clearance for the development and construction of the Company's port and logistics project at Karanja, Maharashtra, India. The Company is pleased with this positive development and will be announcing its EPC contractor in the coming days.
