Update on possible Offer

Travelzest plc (AIM: TVZ), an online travel group specialising in providing a broad base of travel products and travel programmes for consumers in North America and the United Kingdom, announces that, the Company is in the very early stages of discussions, which may or may not lead to an offer, with Red Label Vacations Inc. ("Red Label") in relation to a possible offer for the Company. Any offer by Red Label is likely to be solely in cash.

In accordance with Rule 2.6(a) of the Code, Red Label must, by not later than 5.00 p.m. on 17 October 2011, either announce a firm intention to make an offer for the Company in accordance with Rule 2.7 of the Code or announce that it does not intend to make an offer, in which case the announcement will be treated as a statement to which Rule 2.8 of the Code applies. This deadline will only be extended with the consent of the Panel in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
