Update on Oil & Gas Contract

On 22 December 2016, Nature Group announced a significant contract with an international oil company for the deployment of multiple treatment units on two rigs in the Central North Sea. Maersk Gallant, who is currently on contract with Maersk Oil, with whom Nature Group has contracted, has provided the following update in relation to one of the locations:

"Maersk Gallant is currently on contract with Maersk Oil, performing plug and abandonment operations of the Leadon and James subsea fields in the UK sector of the North Sea. However, in agreement with Maersk Oil, this campaign will be put on hold while the drilling of the Glengorm well is ongoing for Nexen. Following the drilling campaign for Nexen, Maersk Gallant will return to complete the plug and abandonment operations of the Leadon and James fields in April 2018"
