Update on Annual Report and Accounts
Further to the announcement of 1 August 2018, and subsequent updates on 8th, 15th and 31st August 2018, the Company confirms it has cleared the queries relating to the final risk review with respect to the high value transfer service with its auditors, KPMG LLP (the "Auditors"), announced on 28 July 2017.
The Company is working to resolve the remaining bank conformation issue and continues to work with the Auditors to finalise the annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2018 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each remain suspended on AIM pending publication of the Annual Report and Accounts.
