Treasury shares
On 8 January 2016, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 12,478 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,031,555 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,505,451 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
