Treasury shares
On 11 March 2016, the Company transferred to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 2,941 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 12,986,546 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,550,460 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
