Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 10 July 2015 Regus plc (the ‘Company’) re-issued 38,053 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 21,426,248.

As at the close of business on 10 July 2015, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
