Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 July 2011 it transferred 4,194 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for the purpose of meeting an SAYE option that was exercised early.
The Company now holds 1,186,684 shares in Treasury and has a total of 179,853,617 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
