Treasury shares

On 27 May 2015, the Company transferred a total of 8,756 shares as follows:

· 6,806 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme;

· 386 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme; and

· 1,564 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.

These shares were previously held as treasury shares.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,606,851 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,930,155 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
