TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies you that, on 7 June 2011, it transferred 1,384 Ordinary shares held in Treasury to one participant (non-PDMR) to satisfy the maturity exercise of an option at 98p per share under the Hays plc International Sharesave Scheme.
Following this transfer, Hays plc holds 79,856,875 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 1,384,239,691 (excluding Treasury shares).
