Regus plc Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 31st August 2010 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 314,094 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,195,906.
As at close of business yesterday, the Company had 945,773,916 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
