DCC plc announces that on 15 March 2010, 26,649 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription price paid for these shares was €12.63 per share.
DCC now has a total of 82,983,323 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 5,246,081 shares held in treasury.
