Cello Group plc02 October 2007 Cello Group plc Transactions in own shares Cello Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 October 2007 it purchased20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.31per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Ordinary Shares held in treasury will be used to satisfy future earn outpayments and/or options awards.
