Transaction in own shares
Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that on 07 December 2021 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence pursuant to its up to £500 million share buyback programme, the details of which were announced on 18 October 2021.
The purchased shares will be cancelled.
