Tottenham Hotspur PLC29 December 2006 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in Own Shares Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up forshareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ("SmallShareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholdershave tendered a further 7,722 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost DealingFacility prior to the dealing date of 31 December 2006 and the Company hasbought for cancellation 7,722 ordinary shares at 80.5p per share.
