Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 18 November 2016 it purchased for cancellation 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 49,076,001 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
