Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 23 June 2023, it purchased 7,539 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 3,597 pence each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,530,095 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 13,530,095 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
