The Company announces that it has today purchased 88,341 ordinary shares into Treasury at 389.49 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 47,668,294 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 233,965,616 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
