Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 31 March 2011 it purchased 492,478 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 86.66 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 42,292,627 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
