Transaction in Own Shares

Volvere plc announces that on 26 July 2013 it purchased 439,833 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 290 pence per share. These Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,926,116 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares) and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 4,280,958 Ordinary Shares.
