The Company announces that, on 19th March 2018, it purchased into Treasury 115,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.6035 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 5,473,211 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 272,445,742. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
