Purchase of own securities
Close IHT AIM VCT plc announces that on 29 August 2008 the Company purchased 15,250 'A' Ordinary shares at a price of 70p per share. The 'A' Ordinary shares purchased represent 0.06% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction.
These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 7,299,461 'A' Ordinary shares and 17,680,850 'B' shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company now holds 15,250 'A' Ordinary shares in Treasury.
