Transaction in own Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that on 25 April 2013 it purchased in the market 175,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1033 pence pershare for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,870,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, noneof which are held in treasury.
